"He" contains two tracks, "Extrovert", which amplifies the hum and white noise inside the turntable, and "Introvert", which is an improvised performance by rubbing the cartridge with nickel strings.

"He"は、ターンテーブル内部のハムノイズやホワイトノイズを増幅させた"Extrovert"と、カートリッジをニッケル弦で擦り即興演奏をおこなった"Introvert"の2曲を収録している。

元々DJであった真木は、自身との親和性を感じさせてくれた「ターンテーブル」という存在（“He”＝「彼」）をとっかかりに、複数のポータブル・レコードプレーヤーにあれやこれやをひっつけたりつなげたりしながら、そこから立ち現れてくる状況を演奏としておこなってきた。
最近ではその「彼」なる存在はさらに領域を拡張しており、演奏という特定のスタイル／状況を抜けだして、自身が運営する店舗でのインスタレーションへと結びついていくなど、「彼」（＝ターンテーブルであり、また、真木本人）の日常が拡張されつつある。
